Solo work is really easy to do because we don’t expect anything from anyone and use our own ideas to implement plans. However, working in teams is really difficult and there is always chance of conflict because of contrasting ideas. Fortunately, I had positive experience when I worked as a member of team. Last year, there was a project making competition in my university. I took part in it and also convinced two of my friends as it was team project. I already had idea so we started our project which was thermo cooling jacket, with lot of enthusiasm and excitement. We decided to divide project in team. My role was to find the relevant information where as my one friend made design for it and other one helped him. We had 10 days to complete our project so we burnt midnight oil. Finally project was presented and the moment which worked as a cheery on cake for us was that our project got selected in SSIP. We were in seventh heaven after hearing that and all this became possible because of team only.
